Lauren Brennand
Registered Psychologist
Hello and welcome,

I’m Lauren Brennand, a Registered Psychologist in Alberta (College of Alberta Psychologists #6334) and a member of the Psychologists' Association of Alberta.

With over a decade of experience across diverse mental health settings—including emergency shelters, addiction treatment, outpatient services, schools, and primary care—I have supported individuals facing a wide range of challenges.

I am passionate about psychology, people, and ongoing growth. My approach is warm, intentional, and rooted in kindness, integrity, and respect. Together, we will collaborate to harness your strengths and make meaningful progress toward your goals.

I believe everyone has the capacity to heal and grow, though sometimes extra support is needed along the way. You're not alone. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you feel heard, seen, and valued. I offer guidance, support, and evidence-based interventions tailored to your unique needs.

Therapy provides a space for reflection, growth, symptom management, and learning new skills to navigate life more effectively.

My hope for each client is that they realize their strengths and potential and that they experience personal growth and healing. It is also my hope that you leave each session with deeper insight, clarity and practical strategies to help you function more effectively in your day to day life.

It would be an honor to work with you.
